One email, and I will take it from there.
Book a window online, or email me directly. Both reach me.
Same-day reply on weekdays. If you write late at night, expect to hear back the following evening.
The button opens your mail app with the three things I need already laid out.
REQUEST A WRITTEN ESTIMATEPick a service and a time online. Every request comes to me to confirm before it is booked, so nothing is locked in until I say so.
BOOK ONLINEFor Zone 3 and Zone 4, the trip fee is due at booking as a deposit instead of at the end. It is charged either way; booking just collects it up front. Cancel less than 24 hours before the visit and that deposit is forfeited.

Send your ZIP and I will confirm which zone you fall in — or tell you plainly if you are outside it.
Reply to the old email thread rather than starting a new one.
I keep the note I left you at the end of the visit, so you do not have to explain the machine twice. If you would rather it was looked after month to month, that is a plan.

Read the free advice first, then write to me.
