Monthly upkeep, if it actually fits you.
Most people should not be on a plan. I would rather say that here than talk you into one.
So read the two lists below before you look at the prices.
You run five or more machines that a business depends on.
You would rather have them looked after than find out something broke on a Monday morning.
You want one person who already knows your setup, instead of explaining it from scratch every time.
You intend to keep it going for a while — the onboarding fee only makes sense over months.
You have one or two computers at home. Call me when something is wrong and pay for that visit.
You are hoping a plan makes labor free. It does not — plan work is upkeep, repairs are still billed.
You want travel included. It is not, and I would rather tell you now than bury it.
You are trying it for a month. Onboarding is never waived, so a short stay is an expensive one.

Basic is upkeep. Pro is upkeep plus managed backup, network monitoring, and faster response, with the deeper labor discount and the surcharges waived.
It does not include free labor or free travel. Travel sits outside plan pricing and is quoted by zone as a fixed monthly line — the zones are on the travel page.
Response targets are best effort, not guarantees. The agreement says why.
Plans run twelve months, then month to month. Onboarding is never refunded.
The monitoring platform behind these plans is chosen and tested before the first one is sold. Until then this page is the offer, not the order form.
